Every donation ticket type with its open-amount limits (minimum, maximum, suggested
amounts) and its funds, and for each fund the number of gifts, what has been raised
(orders paid) and what is pledged (orders still to pay), in cents. unassigned counts
gifts that name no fund.
Requires read:registrations (legacy tokens with no scopes pass).
