List ticket types
The event’s ticket types — tickets, add-ons, booth packages, sponsorships,
donations, bundles and session fees — with how many are sold and how many are
left. Active ones only unless include_archived=true.
sold counts seats on placed orders; available is capacity - sold (never below
0), or null when the ticket type has no capacity.
Not paginated. Requires read:registrations (legacy tokens with no scopes pass).
