Update a ticket type
Change some fields of a ticket type. Send only the fields to change; the rest stay.
settings is merged one key deep: a top-level key you send (for example pricing)
replaces the stored one, keys you leave out stay.
To stop selling a ticket type, set status: archived. Lowering capacity below
sold does not cancel anything — available reads 0.
Recorded in the event’s History as an API change. Requires write:registrations.
